An Albert Lea employed vehicle dealership owner pleaded guilty to tax evasion Thursday in Freeborn County District Courtroom.
Timothy Mann entered the plea as portion of a plea arrangement with the Freeborn County Attorney’s Office. He initially faced 3 charges, like tax evasion, tax fraud and bogus software for certificate of title. As component of the plea settlement, the rates of tax fraud and fake application for certification of title will be dismissed.
